Eligibility requirements for Cross Country Mortgage Card (mCard), does not indicate a commitment to lend or provide a mortgage. 


1.Cross Country Mortgage Card Spending Bonus: you will receive a $200 statement credit after you spend $3,000 on eligible purchases, which must be made in the first 90 days your account is open. Eligible transactions exclude refunds and disputed charges. In order to receive the spending bonus after qualifying, your account must be in good standing at the time of fulfillment. If at any point after the eligible spend period, it is determined that spend was insufficient to meet the threshold, we may cancel the statement credit and add the value back to your principal owed.

2. Customers earn 5 points for every $1 spent. Points are redeemable towards a new Cross Country mortgage transaction (excluding refinance), an existing Cross Country mortgage additional principal payment, or a statement credit, at different values. Subject to Cardholder Rewards Terms of Use.

3. Up to $8,000 in card points value can be redeemed towards a new Cross Country Mortgage transaction, applied as a cardholder's closing statement, offsetting applicant required funds to close. Not available in conjunction with Third Party originated or Charles Schwab partner loans. These points may be combined with an additional $2,000 in engagement points which will apply as a Lender Credit. Subject to Cardholder Rewards Terms of Use.

4. Redemption available toward additional principal on existing retail Cross Country Mortgage loans. Not available for third party originated, assumed or Charles Schwab partner loans. Not available if servicing for your loan is sold to another party. Subject to Cardholder Rewards Terms of Use. 
5. Cross Country Mortgage, LLC charges a $95 Annual Fee for use of the Cross Country Mortgage Card, which will be waived for customers that have an existing mortgage serviced by Cross Country Mortgage, LLC. The amount and terms of the Annual Fee are included in your Cardholder Agreement. Similarly, Cross Country Mortgage, LLC reserves the right to offer bonuses and benefits and the terms of any offer will be provided separately. The APR range for the Cross Country Mortgage credit lines can be found in the Cardholder Agreement.

6. Impact of using MVI to boost your credit may vary; credit scores are determined by credit reporting bureaus and rely on a number of factors that we cannot predict. Increases or specific changes to your credit score are not guaranteed.

7. These benefits are available when you use your card. Restrictions, limitations and exclusions apply. Most benefits are underwritten by unaffiliated insurance companies who are solely responsible for the administration and claims. There are specific time limits and documentation requirements. Once your account is opened we will send you a Guide to Benefits, which includes a full explanation of coverages.

The information provided can help you understand how Cross Country Mortage Cards rewards can work. Calculator assumes rewards points are redeemed exclusively towards an eligible loan serviced by Cross Country Mortgage. Your redemption choices may be influenced by a variety of factors, including point redemption values, preferences among different reward and redemption options, convenience of using points at a given time, and other factors. Redemption options and point values can change at any time.
